i did it before and it work out just fine, the only thing you have to worry about when you do it is the perfect timing, dont just stare at someone, becus they might think your crazy, stare at someone if you think you know that they like you, and then stare at them and slowly smile, if them smile away, keep looking at them and if you see them turning pink or red, then your goal.
ive done that before, but it was a joke that accidentaly turned into more.
