Warm or Neutral tones like pale pinks light browns natural greens and light pastel colors ash colored liner and light pink glossy lipstick or lipgloss to enhance the natural color.
Almay has a great line of products that match your skin, eyes, and lips. Go to a walgreens and check them out. It shows a diffrent color or skin type and what works best with that.
peach blush with a little bit of pink, nude lip stick with shiny sheer pink lip gloss over it, nude eyeshadow, and no eyeliner. for special occasions, put a little turquoise blue eyeshadow on the corners of your eyes. but i think you'd look super pretty without any make-up at all, just drink tons of water.
Go to clinique and they will try different color palates on you... you're bound to find something you LOVE!
Your eyes are the windows to your soul. Make them come alive with a touch of shadow on the lids.

Steps:

1. Shop for shades that complement your skin and eye color. Look for colors that softly contrast with the shade of your eyes - not colors that match them exactly.

2. Choose simple, natural shades. If you opt for bright or trendy colors, be careful; they can look unnatural unless balanced with other suitable tones, and may go out of style as fast as they came in.

3. Buy colors that blend well together. You want your eyes to attract the attention, not any marked lines caused by your shadow.

4. Keep in mind that dark colors will minimize your eyes, while light shades will make them stand out.

5. Consider soft browns and tans with sandy or pink undertones for blue eyes.

6. Wear khaki and brown shades with yellow undertones for green eyes.

7. Accent dark brown and black eyes with brown and charcoal shadows.

8. Experiment. Head to a department store's cosmetic counter and have your eyes made up by a professional. Ask for color combinations that could work for day and evening.

Tips:

A little color goes a long way. Begin with a little shadow, and gradually increase it to find the amount that flatters you the most.

Shadow can look a lot darker in its palette, so don't let color intensity keep you from trying a shade you like.

If you experiment with bright shadows, use them as a wash over the eyelids to add a hint of color.

Warnings:

Shadow may irritate your eyes, especially if you wear contact lenses. Tap excess powder from the applicator before applying.
Because you have dark brunette hair, you should use a dark brown or soft black eyeliner. Since you skin is fair with a cool undertone, make sure you always buy foundation that is cool (pink-based). If you buy foundation that is too yellow, it can make you look sallow and sick.

For blush and lipstick, you can wear pinks, rosy-pinks, blue-based reds, and purple-pinks (such as plum or raspberry). Just be careful not to wear a blush or lipstick that is too dark, or it will look fake. You can wear pale peach colors if you want, but they won't do anything for you because of your coloring.

For eye shadow, you can wear blues, silvers, greys, blue-greens, purples, pinks, and purple-pinks. Because you have fair skin, brown or yellow eye shadow might make you look sick.

I hope this helps!
