Well, this all depends. If you'd like to make your cheeks stand out, then you'll have to apply the blush like this..

(Smile while applying, to reach the apples of your cheeks well)

Tip: Don't go too over the top, otherwise you'll ruin the effect. :P

If you want to make your cheek bones stand out, and to make your face look slightly more defended, then you'll have to apply like this...

Look into the mirror and smile. This helps you figure out where the 'apple' of your cheek is.

Since you want a healthy flush, it's best to apply blush only to apples of your cheeks. Keep color light %26amp; blended. If you're using gel or cream, NYC makeup artist Carlo Geraci (in O Magazine) suggests dabbing it on with your middle finger, then blend with your ring %26amp; middle finger. The clean finger will pick up any excess blush.

also never wear red eyeshadow it can make your eyes look swollen you should try purple.
ok well. for blush, take a big brush, and bring the blush down your cheekbone from the outside of your face in a sweeping motion. try a pink colour. but make sure to blend it (with a large, clean brush, just dust it a little) afterward.. don't put too much!!

as for eyeshadow, really depends what colour you eyes are.

if you have green eyes, try colour palette of green, gold, brown.

blue eyes, blue, black, bronze

brown eyes, pink plum and brown

hazel eyes, bronze, gold and green

-cover your whole eyelid with the basic colour you want to use.

-take a darker colour, and rub it into the crease of your eye and the outer corner.

-then use a lighter colour and hilight a little under your eyebrow.

-dont forget mascara and some eyeliner along the top eyelid and in the waterline.

hope this helped!!
Okay, to apply eyeshadow dip your eyeshadow brush in the eyeshadow and pat it all over your eye. This will give you better color payoff - rubbing it will make you lose color and can cause fallout. Then take your crease/contour brush and open your eyes slightly, and apply to the crease and windshield motion. Then blend with your base color. Then take your eyeshadow brush and apply a highlight on your brownbone and at your tear duct area to brighten your eyes.

For blush, since your pale you can wear pinks and peaches, but avoid dark colors. To apply it depends on the shape of your face. Here's a good tutorial:

You can apply your blush however you want I usually apply my blush like a circle shape and then spread it out a little bit that helps me so i can look natural. To apply eyeshadow you just take the brush or whatever and go across your eyelid but be careful it is sorta tough to get eyeshadow off.

I hope this gave you a little bit of advice!! :)
umm. try red with your skin tone, but not too much.
