Nope, but you can buy small sifter jars and mix colors of eyeshadows/ blushes that you like, and mix up some new colors.Is there anything like making your own blush or eye shadow?

I suppose so, after all someone makes the stuff in the store. Here is something to think about. Those who do make it have laboratories and test animals as well as a lot of education and training. There product are tested to determine they are safe and inspected by a Government Agency. I don't think I would put something around my eye that I wasn't reasonably certain was safe.
I don't mean to scare you but the worst case would be death with blindness being a close second. In all probability neither would happen if you exercise a reasonable amount of caution but do you want to take that chance???
